Postage & Shipping

Postage and shipping is charged at a flat rate of $9.95 up to 3 kilos anywhere in Australia.

For overseas orders, we will contact you with a Postage and Shipping rate once your order has been received. We will confirm this charge with you before proceeding with the payment and sending your order.

All information on this website is subject to change without notice and may contain data in- accuracies or typographical errors. While every effort is made to ensure accurate and up to date information, Chelvey Technology Pty Ltd and Akkupak do not guarantee the accuracy of the information.

Akkupak staff will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions, images and pricing.

Brands and models mentioned in the website are for reference purposes only. Akkupak does not imply that all batteries listed are original brands unless specified as such.

You must contact Akkupak and gain written approval prior to copying or using any of the information, graphics or any other element under the domain www.akkupak.com.au.

Placing an Order

If you place an order through this website you accept that the following terms apply and must be adhered to enable us to process your order efficiently.

Information such as your full name, valid email address, contact telephone number, billing and delivery addresses and payment details will be required to process an order.

It is a violation of the law to place orders under a false name or with fraudulently obtained credit card details.

Once the order has been submitted you will receive an automated email confirmation. If you do not receive this confirmation please advise sales@akkupak.com.au.

Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been received and we are satisfied with the integrity of the order.

It is your obligation to enter full and correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the delivery details you have given are incorrect and the order has been dispatched Akkupak will not refund your payment. Should you wish us to re-send the order you will incur additional charges.

If for any reason Akkupak cannot fulfil your order we will contact you within 2 working days of order placement and organise a refund or product substitution.

Prices & Charges

Prices of goods displayed on the www.akkupak.com.au website are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST. These prices will be honoured at the time you place your order, however displayed prices are subject to change without notice.

Delivery

Akkupak cannot guarantee a specific dispatch or delivery time but we will make every attempt to fulfil your order as soon as possible. If a product becomes out of stock prior to packing your order you will be notified by telephone or email to determine if you want the rest of the order despatched.

Orders from within Australia are currently shipped via Express Australia Post Satchels, but our contractor may be changed at our discretion. Terms and conditions of delivery by Australia Post vary from time to time. If an order is lost is transit, we will not dispatch a replacement order until reasonable tracking attempts have been made. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion.

Refunds

We do not refund for change of mind or wrongly ordered items. Please choose carefully and if you are not sure which battery fits your tool, contact us for advice. We are able to repack your existing battery if you cannot find a replacement. All batteries are covered by a one year warranty.
